An hour long seminar with Serki Abdi of High Key balance. In this seminar Thea and Serki will be going over the best practices to recover from a workout. Thea will cover the best foods to aid in recovery and Serki will cover the best self stretches and trigger points to aid in recovery and prevent injury.

The seminar will include topics such as Sleep, hydration, nutrition and supplement use, correct posture and proper stretching techniques. There will me many cooking and stretching demonstrations so come ready to eat and stretch your way in to better health!
