To help you find easier ways to eat a great breakfast, try one of these hacks below:

1-    Make breakfast the night before or in bulk.

Try one of these recipes one weekend and they will keep in the freezer for weeks!

  • Overnight Oats (will only keep for a night, hence the name ‘overnight’) ;-)
  • Breakfast Burritos
  • Mini Quiche

Making the quiche and burritos over the weekend and freezing them can yield enough to last an entire month. Pop one of these from the freezer (or fridge) in the microwave for 60s.  Grab a piece of fruit when walking out of the door and you have a 60s breakfast. Viola!

2-    Don’t over think it.

Breakfast doesn’t have to be boring but it doesn’t have to be complicated either. Try adding berries into your morning cereal. Maybe adding honey to your toast instead of butter. Or even putting sliced almonds into your morning yogurt. Putting a little twist onto a morning favorite can help keep you more consistent with breaking your fast every day!

3-    You don’t have to eat as soon as you wake up.

This is what I hear a lot, my clients simply aren’t hungry when they wake up. Well here is the good news, you can have something as late as 90 minutes after you wake up.  You have some time to find something tasty to eat while your body adjusts to being up and about.

4-    Drink some water.

Drinking a glass of water when you wake up will also wake up your internal organs and get stuff moving! This may also stimulate your appetite making you want to have something before leaving the house.

I wonder. What are some ways youve managed to eat keep on the breakfast train! Let me kow in the comments below!
